At Nordisk Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece of apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
